Choices for the Future

This Options site contains information about all the courses which will be offered to next year's Year 9 students.

​

As you no doubt know by now, your sons and daughters will begin Key Stage 4 in year 9, one year earlier than many schools. We are doing this because we want to have time to make Key Stage 4 as interesting, challenging and engaging as possible. Our experience and our examination results both testify to the fact that Wyvern students benefit significantly from this curriculum structure.

We are asking year 8 students to choose four subjects, which they will start studying in year 9.
